Shipping policy

All orders are processed within1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking email, containing your tracking information.

Every order includes tracking. It is the responsibility of the customers to monitor tracking  using the tracking information provided after shipment.  

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.Orders returned due to an incomplete address may be reshipped after payment of the applicable shipping fee.Do well to ensure you put in the correct address. 

If your package appears lost in transit contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.We will work with the career to investigate the shipment. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
